Google Review Response Generator
Pick the kind of review, add two or three details, and get a reply that sounds written for that review: it thanks the person, answers the actual point and, for complaints, moves the details offline. Built from the templates in our guides, filled in your browser.

The shape every reply follows
| Part | Why it is there |
|---|---|
| Thanks, by first name | It is a person, and the next reader sees that you noticed |
| The specific detail | Proves the reply was written for this review, not pasted |
| What happens next | For a complaint: the fix, or the way to reach someone who can make it |
| A real signature | A name and role read as accountable; "Management" does not |
Our take: a review reply is written for the next customer, not the last one. Future customers read the replies too, and a calm, specific answer under a one-star review shows them how you handle a problem, which a row of five-star thank-yous cannot. The full set of scenarios, with what never to write, is in our guides to responding to negative reviews and responding to positive reviews. To get more reviews in the first place, send customers the direct link from the Google review link generator, and read what Google does about fake reviews before you report one.
Frequently asked questions
How should I reply to a negative Google review?
Briefly and in public: thank the reviewer, name the specific problem they raised without arguing about the facts, say what you are doing about it, and move the details to a phone call or email. The reply is read by future customers more than by the reviewer, so calm and specific beats long and defensive.
Should I reply to positive reviews too?
Yes, and keep it short and specific. Mention the detail the customer praised so the reply could not be pasted under any other review, thank them by first name, and stop. A copied "Thanks for the review!" under every five-star review reads like a bot.
What should I never write in a review reply?
Never offer a discount or gift in exchange for changing or removing a review, never reveal private details about the customer (in health care that can also break privacy law), never accuse a reviewer of lying in public, and never post a reply you would not want a future customer to read first.
What if the reviewer was never a customer?
Reply once, politely, saying you cannot find a record of their visit and inviting them to contact you, then report the review to Google if it breaks Google's policies. Do not argue in the thread. Our guide to fake Google reviews covers what Google will and will not remove.
Is this review response generator free, and is it AI?
It is free, needs no signup and is not AI: it fills tested reply templates with your details in your browser. Edit the result so it sounds like you; nothing you type is sent to us.
